Pricing and Payment

Are there any ongoing sales or discounts?

We have a special promotion category called “Hot Deals” on the website. Customers can find all the latest promotions in that section.

What payment methods are accepted?

We have Eftpos machine available on site for convenience, We also accept EFT and cash on pick up.

Is financing or a payment plan available?

Yes, we do have financial company to work with, Please contact us for more details.

Delivery and Shipping:

Do we pickup or shipping available?

On site pick up is most welcome, we do also provide shipping options for additional charge. Please contact our sales team for more information.

How long will be the wait-time?

We normally will keep one of each model on the floor for immediately pick up, otherwise the lead time is approximately 2-10 working days.

Warranty and Returns:

Is there a warranty on the trailer?

We proudly present 3 years structure warranty on all our trailers, and 1 year warranty for all parts and accessories.

What is the return policy?

Deposit can be refunded before customer pick up trailer, if customer change mind, but no return will be accepted if customer changed mind after pick up trailer.

How do I process a return or warranty claim?

Fault description and photo evidence are required before taking further warranty claim procedure.

Please retain your sales invoice as proof of purchase if making a claim through us. Product must be returned to our factory for warranty claim, The warranty does not cover transportation costs, or physical damage caused by improper usage and stresses the product beyond its stated limit.

We will not be responsible for any parts which were attempted to repair by anyone else other than our technician.
